Competitive Line Dance is a popular and world-wide activity in which competitors perform dances in any of several permitted dance styles based on the motion of the dance – Pulse, Smooth, Rise & Fall, Cuban, Street and Stage. Through the years the music has also evolved to not only include Country Music, but Ballroom, Latin, Broadway Music and Street

Competitors may also dance in a number of different skill levels (Primary Newcomer, Newcomer, Novice, Intermediate and Advanced) including the ascension divisions (Crown Line, RisingStars and SuperStars). You may also dance different age divisions which include Primary (under 10), Youth (10-13), Teen (14-17), Open (18+), Crystal (30+), Diamond (40+), Silver (50+), Gold (60+) or Platinum (70+).
