Registration

Those who attend the Calgary Dance Stampede are active participants in every sense of the word; they create the energy, the interaction, and the inspiration in all the competitions, workshops, and social dancing. Participation is at the very core of the Calgary Dance Stampede and there are many ways to participate.

Online registration is the quickest and easiest sign up! When you complete registration, you receive an email confirmation. You can log in as many times as necessary to update your registration up through the registration deadline. When you check in at the event, you will receive an access wrist band or ticket, and registration package on site.

Online registration begins on November 15, 2025 and ends April 8, 2026. Early bird pricing ends on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at Midnight MST.

If you have never used Country Dance Director, you will be prompted to create a new account. If you have attended the event in a previous year, use your email address as your username and the password you created.

Leveled Workshop Reminder:
Our Intermediate and Advanced West Coast Swing Workshops are reserved for pre-qualified dancers to ensure the best learning experience. All other workshops are open to everyone with the appropriate pass.

Intensive Workshop Reminder:
Intensive Workshops are a special add-on and are not included with any event or day pass. They can be purchased separately during registration.

MAVERICK PASS: 3-day pass providing access to all event competition sessions; all workshops including all Outlaw Workshops; all dance parties. 
Note: Intensive Workshops and leveled Intermediate/Advanced WCS Workshops are not included unless pre-qualified.
$200 before early bird deadline / $225 after.
Does not include Campfire Ball Dinner and Showcase.

HERITAGE (Line Dance) PASS: 3-day pass providing access to all event competition sessions; all Line Dance Workshops including Line Dance Outlaw Workshops and all dance parties.  Note: Intensive Workshops and leveled Intermediate/Advanced WCS Workshops are not included unless pre-qualified.
$175 before early bird deadline / $200 after.
Does not include Outlaw Couples Workshops or Campfire Ball Dinner and Showcase.

BUCKAROO (Junior) PASS: all the benefits and perks of the full Stampede Pass, but only for those between the age of 13 to 17. 
$125 before early bird deadline / $130 after.

CAMPFIRE BALL DINNER and SHOWCASE: your ticket to the industries largest professional dance showcase unlike any other! Starting with a 5-star plated dinner followed by our Professional Dance Showcase (includes Masters, Crown and SuperStars Show Dances/Solo Medleys). Includes dance party after the show. 
$135 before early bird deadline / $160 after

SHOWCASE ONLY: Professional Dance Showcase portion of the Campfire Ball ONLY (includes Masters, Crown and SuperStars Show Dances/Solo Medleys). Includes dance party after the show. 
$85 before early bird deadline / $100 after.

    THE FINE PRINT:

    1. Persons 12 and under admitted free when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Does not include the Campfire Ball Dinner Show. If registering for the weekend or competitions, please contact us directly.
    2. Credit Cards accepted (Visa & MasterCard only), Cash, Debit, or Cheques. Cheques not accepted on site. All rates are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). See https://www.xe.com/currencyconverter/ for your country’s exchange rate. When registering online, the conversion rate will be calculated automatically. US Dollar advertised rates are cash only rates. A 4% administration fee is added to all payments processed.
